Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Achilix Hoops (the “App”) or any related services (“Services”) provided by Achilix, Inc. (“Achilix,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please do not use the App.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App.3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Achilix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on your supported device for personal, non-commercial purposes.4. User Accounts & Credentials
You may sign in with Sign in with Apple. Apple may provide us your unique user ID, display name, and/or email address. We store these securely on your device (via Apple frameworks) to link your training progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Signing out may limit syncing across devices.5. Subscriptions & Billing
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions with free trials for eligible users. Billing is processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. You may restore prior purchases in-app.6. User Content & Training Data
The App stores basketball training data (made shots, missed shots, streaks, session history, percentages) locally on your device. You may clear all session history at any time in the Settings tab. If you submit feedback or send emails to [email protected], you grant Achilix a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve the App.7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, including by:
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the App.
- Uploading viruses or malicious code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Achilix systems.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming others.8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App—code, graphics, logos (including “Achilix,” “Achilix Hoops,” and related marks)—is owned by Achilix or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ACHILIX DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACHILIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Achilix and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, without notice. Sections 7–13 survive termination.13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and provide notice. Continued use after notice means acceptance.14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.15. Contact

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Achilix, Inc. (“Achilix,” “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect when you use Achilix Hoops (the “App”), how we use it, and your rights.2. Data We Collect
- Account Info: Unique Apple user ID, email, display name (via Sign in with Apple).
- Shot Training Data: Shot attempts, makes/misses, streaks, percentages, and session history. All basketball training data is only stored locally on your device (in UserDefaults) and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Purchase Data: Subscription and entitlement information processed by Apple’s StoreKit. We do not collect credit card numbers.
- Device & Crash Data: Device model, OS version, crash/error logs (for stability improvements).
- Communications: Emails or support requests sent to [email protected].We do not collect GPS location, microphone input, camera recordings, advertising IDs, or third-party analytics.3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the App.
- To link your progress across devices via Sign in with Apple.
- To track your basketball training performance.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve app stability and features.
- To comply with legal obligations.4. Data Sharing
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, and subscription validation.
- Service Providers: Hosting, crash/error reporting (where applicable).
- Legal Authorities: If required by law or subpoena.We never sell or rent your personal data.5. Cookies & Local Storage
The App may use local storage (UserDefaults) to remember preferences and training history. No advertising cookies are used.6. Data Retention
Training history remains stored locally until you clear it in Settings. Subscription data is retained by Apple per their policies. Account identifiers remain until you sign out. We may retain support emails as needed to respond.7. Security
We use Apple’s secure frameworks (Sign in with Apple, StoreKit) and standard encryption. No system is 100% secure.8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:
- Access, correct, or delete your data.
- Clear all training history locally in-app.
- Sign out of your account.
- Contact [email protected] to exercise additional rights.9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.10. Changes to This Policy
